About our orders

Foomga is a print to order shop. Every tee, sweatshirt, and piece of gear is printed when you place the order. That keeps inventory fresh and lets us run deep cuts the big sites would never stock. It also means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, wrong colors, or change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Damaged piece or print error

Mistakes happen. If your order shows up damaged or there is a clear print error, email contact@foomga.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or a refund.

Order questions

For anything about an existing order (tracking, address change, sizing question after the fact), email contact@foomga.com and include your order number. Address changes have to happen before the order goes into production, so the sooner the better.
