Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my gear? Since we print every item fresh when you order it (no dusty warehouse stock here), please allow time for production and shipping.
Production: 2–5 business days to print your item.
Shipping: 3–5 business days for delivery within the US.
Total: Most orders arrive within 7–10 days of placing the order.
Where do you ship from? We are based in Los Angeles, and we work with print partners across the United States. Your item will usually ship from the facility closest to you to speed things up.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary but typically take 10–20 business days depending on customs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Because every item is custom-made to order just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check the size chart on the product page carefully before ordering!
What if my item arrives damaged or the print is wrong? If you receive a defective item (bad print, ripped seam, wrong item), we’ve got you covered.
Take a photo of the damage.

We will send you a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged one.
Orders & Tracking
Why did I only receive part of my order? If you ordered different types of items (like a mug and a t-shirt), they may be printed at different specialist facilities. They might arrive in separate packages on different days. Don’t worry, the rest is on the way!
How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If it’s been more than 7 days and you still haven’t received tracking, hit us up and we’ll check on it.
Product & Care
How do the shirts fit? We mostly use Bella+Canvas 3001 tees for our unisex shirts. They are known for being soft and having a “retail fit” (not too boxy, not too tight). If you prefer a baggy/oversized look, we recommend ordering one size up.
How should I wash my shirts? To keep the vintage prints looking fresh:
Wash inside out with cold water.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Avoid ironing directly on the design.
